DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail Standard Tracked and Express Tracked Delivery.

STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY: 3-5 WORKING DAYS

£3.95 or FREE for orders over £40 

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY : 1-2 WORKING DAYS

£6.50

 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days.

At the current time, we do not ship outwith the UK.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your jack + the bay product.

If you are not completely satisfied though, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Returns Process:

To start a return, please email hello@jackandthebay.co.uk providing your name, order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of the return.

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods in the above condition. Any original postage charge is not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
